Partial Hospitalization Program For Mental Health

At Brightpath Mental Health, our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers a structured and intensive level of care for adults facing mental health challenges. PHP serves as a step-down from inpatient hospitalization or a step-up from traditional outpatient treatment, providing the support you need in a flexible setting.

With PHP, you’ll participate in treatment sessions for a significant portion of the day, typically five days a week, while continuing to live at home. This approach allows you to apply newly learned coping skills in your daily life with ongoing professional guidance. Our multidisciplinary team offers a comprehensive range of therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, group therapy, medication management, and psychoeducation.

We treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and trauma-related disorders. Our goal is to help you stabilize symptoms, develop effective coping strategies, and build a strong foundation for lasting well-being.

3-5 Days A Week | Medium Intensive

Intensive Outpatient Program For Mental Health

Brightpath Mental Health’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a flexible and supportive treatment option for adults looking to improve their mental health while maintaining their daily responsibilities. Whether you’re stepping down from a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) or need more support than traditional outpatient therapy, our IOP provides structured care tailored to your needs.

You’ll attend therapy sessions several times a week, typically for a few hours each day, allowing you to continue with work, school, or family commitments while receiving focused mental health support. Our IOP incorporates evidence-based therapies, including individual counseling, group therapy, and psychoeducation, to address a wide range of mental health concerns.
